More and more people are looking for alternatives to antibiotics, especially with the new VFDs making it harder for small and backyard flock owners to get them. Essential oils are often discussed as an alternative. Dr. Anup Johny from the University of Minnesota will discuss what essential oils are and how they can be used in poultry production.
