AgriProspects is a five-year grant initiative funded by the National Institute of Food and Agriculture (NIFA) which at its core is focused on connecting earners, learners, and employers to the breadth and depth of Extension and Land-Grant Institution (LGI) workforce development opportunities. This session, presented by members of the AgriProspects team, will briefly explore some challenges and opportunities within adult agricultural workforce education and how AgriProspects is positioning its work to support Cooperative Extension in meeting these.
We will explore how the Land Grant mission supports workforce development and why it matters for Extension.
