Discovering Animal Health Through Poultry Science

The U.S. Department of Agriculture and Purdue University are hosting a free one-day workshop for incoming and current high school students (grades 9-12) focusing on animal health and the poultry industry.

Learn about animal health, discover biosecurity practices, explore the immune system, practice candling eggs, and visit a poultry facility. Students attending will receive lunch and a program t-shirt and notebook.

To register for the workshop email, Briana Wardwell (bwardwel@purdue.edu) by May 12, 2023 and mention "PAVE Workshop" in the subject line or register online "Registration Survey". Please be aware there will be only 25 students per location.
