Creating Role Rescriptions for Today's Volunteer

When was the last time you reviewed your volunteer role descriptions? Are you offering volunteer opportunities to meet the needs of today’s volunteer? Join us for an interactive hour of learning to look at the importance of role descriptions and gain practice in matching the volunteer to the right role. Please plan to have a copy of a traditional role description that you are currently using in your program.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS RECORDING STARTS 16 MINUTES INTO THE PRESENTATION. LOOK FOR THE POWERPOINT AND AN ARTICLE FROM THE VOLUNTEER ADMINISTRATION COP WITH ADDITIONAL RESOURCES.
