Building Evaluation Capacity through Data Jams - Part 2

This is the second of two webinars on Data Jams and the UW-Extension Data Jam Tool Kit. Data Jams are a powerful Evaluation Capacity Building model that focuses on concrete analysis techniques and guided collaborative data exploration, unlike top-down software or methods trainings that are disconnected from Extension professionals' projects and needs.

In this webinar you will learn how to organize, and successfully conduct a data jam using the qualitative data analysis software MAXQDA. We will discuss core software features and analysis techniques that will help you structure the Data Jam, and we will discuss the broader potentials  of Qualitative Data Analysis Software as a tool to ready Extensions for the systematic analysis of large data sets.

About the Extension Foundation

The Extension Foundation was formed in 2006 by Extension Directors and Administrators. In 2020 and 2021, the Extension Foundation has awarded 85% of its direct funding back to the Cooperative Extension System, 100% of funds are used to support Cooperative Extension initiatives.
