Break Up With Salt

A four-part  educational series on improving your management of High Blood Pressure and health will be held at Virtually on February 8, 15, 22, and March 8 at 6:30 PM.  This program will cover the basics of high blood pressure and managing it through nutrition and lifestyle changes to improve your health and reduce risk of further health complications of Hypertension.

The program will be conducted by Tramayne Richardson,  Area Nutrition Agent with the LSU AgCenter. Participants will receive all information presented at each class. 

Participation is open to the public. Cost is FREE to attend this series. Please call the number below by January 31, 2022 to pre-register for classes. Seating is limited to 10 people. Hope to see you there!
