Bioenergy Friday Web Seminar - Solar Leasing

Solar PV with little to no upfront costs.  Solar leasing has become common in many States with private companies offering contracts to install solar at a home or business with a contract for the home or business owner to purchase the power.  This seminar will introduce solar leasing and how it works.
