The project has following four objectives a) Engage stakeholders in shared decision making b) Markets and supply chains for productivity gains c) Tools, models, and analyses to improve total factor productivity (TFP) and nutrient use efficiency (NUE) d) Education, Extension and evaluation -delivering outcomes Different teams of the project include Task 1: Stakeholder Advisory Board Task 2: Scenario Building with Stakeholders Task 3: Networks of Engaged Stakeholders Task 4: Workshops with Stakeholder-Users Task 5: Market Analysis for Local and Organic Products Task 6: Blockchain Technology to Expand Markets for Value-Added Products Task 7: Field-Scale Nutrient Management Tools Task 8: Watershed Scale Nutrient Management Tools Task 9: Farmer-Stakeholder Experiments Task 10: Regional Scale Nutrient Flow Analysis Task 11: Land-Use Modeling Task 12: Adaptive Management Sites Task 13: Economic Simulations and Modeling Task 14: Education Plan Task 15: Extension Plan Task 16: External Evaluation of the Project
