Engagement Scholarship Consortium Conference

Register now for the 2024 Engagement Scholarship Consortium taking place Oct. 9–10 in Portland. This year's theme is "Pathways to Prosperity: Building Sustainable Futures through Community Engagement." The conference will be a place for engaging conversations about the many ways that we work collaboratively to define and build social and economic prosperity. The early-bird registration deadline is Aug. 23. Learn more and register.

Outreach and Engagement Practitioners Network (OEPN) Workshop

Taking place Oct. 8, this workshop will provide the opportunity to connect with other outreach and engagement professionals while exploring your boundary-spanning roles in today’s higher education landscape. The workshop theme is “Pathways for Change: Advice and Tools from Boundary Spanning Changemakers.” It is a pre-conference option as part of the Engagement Scholarship Consortium’s (ESC) 2024 conference in Portland. OEPN is a community of practice for university staff, non-tenure-track faculty and community partners. Learn more and register.
