The Collective for Health Equity and Well-Being

Cooperative Extension’s Collective for Health Equity and Well-Being is a community of Extension personnel and their partners united by their shared commitment to advancing health equity and well-being. Members work together to support the implementation of Cooperative Extension’s National Framework for Health Equity and Well-Being (2021) to ensure that all people can be as healthy as they can be.

Feedback requested- Health Equity Competencies model

Extension professionals from several LGU's have been working to develop a Health Equity Competencies model. This model is designed to promote health equity across diverse communities. The group is seeking feedback on the model, which can be viewed here: Health Equity Competency Model . You are invited to share your insights by completing a survey: Survey Link . As a thank you, there will be a raffle of two $50 gift cards to those who complete the survey by Friday, September 27, 2024 .
