The 60 Strategies of the Smarter Lunchrooms Scorecard

Join Adam Brumberg, Deputy Director of the Cornell Food and Brand Lab, and Erin Sharp, MS, MAT, Curriculum Designer for the Smarter Lunchrooms National Office, as they go strategy-by-strategy through the Smarter Lunchrooms Scorecard, the very popular tool for evaluating any lunchroom's ability to "nudge" students toward making healthier food choices in schools by applying behavioral economics principles. The Extension Foundation was formed in 2006 by Extension Directors and Administrators.
