Join Ricardo Kairios, MS on Wednesday August 21st at 12:30pm as he discusses Muscle-Building Exercises. Did you know that adults are recommended to engage in muscle-building exercises at least twice a week? In this session Ricardo will explain the benefits of engaging in muscle-building activities, provide examples of simple activities you can do at home that incorporate various muscle groups, and share tips for adding these activities to your weekly routine.
