Discover Caregiving Relationships Webinar Series
Caring for a dependent adult is much like riding a roller coaster. At times you are at the top experiencing the rewards that come from caring for another person, and at other times you may feel like you are plunging down a long hill. Caregivers may also feel as though they are alone in their journey, but they are far from it. There are over 34 million people in the U.S. caring for someone over the age of 50. "Discover Caregiving Relationships Webinar Series" is designed for these caregivers, to help address the many issues and challenges that they face in their current role. Topics like changing relationships, effective communication techniques, difficult emotions and losses, caregiver self-care and eldercare services will be covered in this six-part series.
Discover Caregiving Relationships webinar series will be held on Thursdays, 6:30 - 7:30 PM starting October 8 - November 12. There is no cost to attend the program, but early registration is requested.
