Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) for Extension

The webinar describes how Cooperative Extension can build a partnership with the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance (FSPCA) to help small businesses be prepared and comply with regulations. Questions can be directed to the FSPCA Administrator, Dawn Johnson at djohns39@iit.edu.

The focus is on how Cooperative Extension can become involved in helping small businesses prepare for and comply with regulations under the Food Safety Modernization Act.
