Heidi Demars, Marketing Coordinator for the BisMan Food Coop, will discuss the challenges and successes achieved in building a local food coop. Involved since it started, Heidi has been at each step of the process including locating potential growers to finding a place to locate as well as raising the funds to get it off the groups. She has tremendous enthusiasm and will have lots to share.
