"Ask an Expert" was updated in December, 2012. If you haven't updated your preferences or answered a question since then join this session and we'll go through the process. When you leave, you'll have your preferences set and know how to answer or reassign questions.
It is important that you update your preferences so you will get the questions that are from your county or state or suit your interests and areas of expertise.
If you have trained volunteers that answer questions in your office (e.g. Extension Master Gardeners) and have an eXtension ID, this session would be appropriate for them as well.
This session will also be offered at 9:00 am EST.
This class will be held using NCSU's Blackboard Collaborate. Go to: http://go.ncsu.edu/configuration to verify that you have the required software (Java). If you are using Mac OS 10.8, it indicates that that is an unsupported OS, but it will work fine.
An eXtension ID is needed before attending this session. Get one from http://people.extension.org if you don't have one already.
