Agenda:
With the European Green Deal will come many legislative changes related to food and agriculture in the EU. In this presentation, staff from the U. S. Mission to the European Union in Brussels will walk you through the EU decision making process so that you can anticipate regulatory changes that may impact exports to the EU. This will include information about the preparatory stage of new legislation, how to provide comments to the European Commission, how EU law is passed as well as how secondary legislation is adopted through the so-called βcomitologyβ procedure.
