NH Citizen Planner

This website is a centralized location to access resources and trainings on topics related to land-use planning. This could include citizen/volunteer planners, early career planners, experienced planners, planning students, and those in the private sector. Topics may include planning basics, community engagement, funding and financing, housing, historic preservation, transportation, and more.

In Person Location: Southern New Hampshire University, Dining Center Banquet Hall, 2500 North River Road, Manchester, NH 03106.  In person attendance is limited to 190 people.

NHMA Member Registration Fees: $115.00
Non-member Registration Fees (state and school officials only)*: $230.00
*Non-member attendance is limited to government officials who are not members of NHMA and not eligible to be members (schools and state agencies). If space is limited, priority will be given to NHMA members. Non-member village districts, counties, regional planning commissions, or other municipal entities interested in attending NHMA workshops can contact info@nhmunicipal.org to learn about becoming a member.

Registration and additional workshop details will be made available August 20, 2025.

Information listed above including date, time and registration fees are subject to change.  Final details wil be made available upon opening of registration in August.
