Consumer Food Waste Community of Practice

Ohio State University and Rutgers Cooperative Extension have teamed up to create a Community of Practice focused on tackling consumer food waste. This initiative provides a platform for individuals committed to reducing food waste to connect, share resources, and brainstorm solutions.

The second webinar of the Consumer Food Waste Webinar Series was held on Monday, 11/18/24. This webinar feature three speakers: Dr. Yu Meng from the University of California Cooperative Extension and Dr. Amanda Missimer and Vanessa Venturini from the University of Rhode Island. Dr. Yu Meng is the Youth, Families, and Community Advisor at UC-ANR.
