Reflective Listening

Join Erin Sharp, MS, MAT, Curriculum Designer for the Smarter Lunchrooms Movement National Office, to learn why reflective listening (aka active listening) is an essential strategy for establishing collaborative relationships with stakeholders. She will provide best practices for reflective listening, as well as pitfalls to avoid. Lastly, she will share a reflective listening practice activity, which you can do at home or share with a colleague. (There is a downloadable worksheet PDF that will be made available which you can use for reference during this activity.)

Participants will learn…
