Did you know October 11th is National Coming Out Day? “Coming out” to family, friends, or peers about one’s sexual orientation and/or gender identify/expression can be a unique experience that varies based on a multitude of internal and external influences. No matter the experience, there are ways to support individuals going through the coming out process. Join Ricardo Kairios, FCHS Educator / Assistant Professor, to gain useful information about the LGBTQIA2S+ community, learn tips to help support belonging, and obtain resources for continued education.
