No access to a recording

Michelle McDowell ·
Hi, I was hoping to view the recording on Communicating your Story through Blogging that Rose Hayden-Smith shared. The recording available here link in the Connect Extension Weekly Digest indicated I do not have access to view it. Thank you! Michelle

Question

Importing subgroup calendar events into Main Calendar

Lisa Overholser ·
Hello- I'm a member of a Subgroup here on Connect Extension, and I've just created calendar events for our Subgroup that I *thought* were getting added to the Main Calendar. But alas, they only got added to our subgroup Calendar... Is there an easy way to import or copy the Subgroup calendar events into the Main Calendar? Or do I just have to start over and add brand new calendar entries for two events that are already in our Subgroup calendar? Thanks, Lisa

Re: Importing subgroup calendar events into Main Calendar

Lisa, You have to add them to the Main Connect Extension calendar. I'm not aware of a way to "copy" them over. However, what I do when I have a calendar event of blog post I want in more than one subgroup or in subgroup and on the Main pages. I Connect Extension in two tabs. Create the event or blog in one and then just copy the field into the second page to post into a second location. So kind of a way to copy events or blogs, but not exactly. Marie
