I love this approach. Another podcast that's taking a really collaborative approach is Water Talk out of University of California Ag & Natural Resources. They're using the recording sessions to create community and a sense of audience (this happens mid-week), and then dropping the actual podcast on Friday. Karl, These hints are quite helpful. I've preached and practiced making the subject line helpful to the reader. I often add a date if there's a deadline. I appreciate the same for others. Your article brought some new ideas which I intend to incorporate. I also like the logic structure you suggest for the action oriented emails. I find it's helpful to understanding and cuts time when the sender makes it clear what I'm to do with the email. Bonnie Braun
