Using the Wind Erosion Prediction System within the Conservation Planning Process

Participants will better understand the user inputs required and generated reports produced by WEPS simulation runs completed during the conservation planning process.

This webinar is designed to review and provide examples of how the Wind Erosion Prediction System (WEPS) software is used to support the conservation planning process used by NRCS and other conservation partners. The current NRCS release of WEPS will be used to show how the software is used to document benchmark and alternative crop systems and their effects on several natural resource concerns.

The Extension Foundation was formed in 2006 by Extension Directors and Administrators.
