The Current Webinar: Private Well Water Quality

Join the North Central Region Water Network for the next episode of The Current Webinar Series. This episode will focus on private well water quality.

It is estimated that more than 13 million households rely on private wells for drinking water in the United States. Without federal drinking water regulations to protect these water sources, ensuring private well water quality often falls on the owner. This month’s webinar will feature research on two contaminants impacting private well water quality throughout the region – nitrates and PFAS. Discussion will also overview how professionals working with private well owners can help them protect the water quality of their wells.
