Pinned Perfect- How Agriculture is Using Pinterest

The social media site Pinterest has experience rapid growth amongst users and is actively used by businesses and organizations in the agricultural industry to promote their product, share information about their organization, among other things.

This webinar will explore agriculture’s use of Pinterest, as well as provide recommendations for Cooperative Extension’s use of this growing social media platform. This webinar will provide evidence on how Pinterest can be a powerful and effective tool for agriculturalists to utilize the power of visual content to promote extension and advocate for agriculture.

This is part 1 of a 2 part series. Part 2 is Productive Pinning- Adding Pinterest to your Digital Toolbox on November 5, 2014. You may attend either or both. Unfortunately this session was not recorded. The session on Nov. 5 will be recorded for viewing at a later time.

The Extension Foundation was formed in 2006 by Extension Directors and Administrators.
