Facing the Challenges of Embracing Diversity

For 2017, Epsilon Sigma Phi introduces our first peer-reviewed webinar series. This first webinar features a team from the University of California Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources (UC ANR) 4-H Youth Developmental Program (UC 4-H) which will share three research-based projects. The projects carry practical application for embracing diversity and inclusion in UC 4-H, with emphasis on Latino inclusion.

Presenters:

• Dr. Lupita Fabregas, is the Assistant Director for 4-H Diversity and Expansion in the University of California Division of Agriculture and Natural Resources since August 2015. 
  
• Dorina Espinoza is the Youth, Families, and Communities Advisor for UC Cooperative Extension in Humboldt & Del Norte Counties. 
  
• Russell Hill is the Associate 4-H Youth Development Advisor for Merced, Madera, and Mariposa Counties.
