Does your recognition plan cover the needs of all of your volunteers?  Thanking volunteers and recognizing their hard work impacts retention and it can generate awareness about your program.

This webinar will help to assist those in volunteer management learn about recognizing volunteers and its importance.  Understanding the components of a comprehensive recognition plan and volunteer motivations will be discussed.  As a result of this webinar, we hope that participants will gain new ideas on recognizing volunteers.
