Ask the Right Questions! Understanding technology and social trends on the Internet affecting children and their families

With the ever-changing technology how do you keep up-to-date? How do you know what your child is doing and saying? Learn how to ask the right questions about your child’s interactions with the Internet, social technology, and friends. This presentation provides an overview of the latest technology trends and will explore areas such as cyber bullying, texting and social media such as Facebook and Twitter.

About the Extension Foundation

The Extension Foundation was formed in 2006 by Extension Directors and Administrators. Today, the Foundation partners with Cooperative Extension through liaison roles and a formal plan of work with the Extension Committee on Organization and Policy (ECOP) to increase system capacity while providing programmatic services, and helping Extension programs scale and investigate new methods and models for implementing programs.
