The SEED Technical Assistance Team will be serving as expert Key Informants on strategies and tools for effective stakeholder engagement program and project planning, development, and implementation during the this year's Impact Collaborative Project & Program Summit.
The Impact Collaborative Summit connects Extension teams including their community partners with skills, tools, resources, and partners that can increase their innovation and local impact. Teams receive one on one support from coaches to help identify gaps in their project and program planning, and have access to our network of expert Key Informants to help fill those gaps.
The Impact Collaborative Project and Program Summit is for Extension Foundation member institution teams (min of 3 people) including their local partners. Find out if your institution is a member: https://extension.org/members/

What can teams speaking with SEED Method Key Informants expect?
Teams receiving technical assistance from The SEED Team will learn:
- How to achieve effective community stakeholder engagement from project conception through implementation.
- Specific approaches for identifying diverse stakeholders
- Participatory group processes for understanding and addressing a community priority
- Community action planning
