The Collective for Health Equity and Well-Being

Cooperative Extension’s Collective for Health Equity and Well-Being is a community of Extension personnel and their partners united by their shared commitment to advancing health equity and well-being. Members work together to support the implementation of Cooperative Extension’s National Framework for Health Equity and Well-Being (2021) to ensure that all people can be as healthy as they can be.

Extension Collaborative on Immunization Training & Engagement: Vaccinate With Confidence

All Cooperative Extension professionals are invited to participate in a professional development event that includes training provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). This event includes participation and practice segments focused on Vaccinate with Confidence. This event will contain helpful information for Round 1 and Round 2 activities that are part of the Extension Collaborative on Immunization Training & Engagement. Participants will have an opportunity to collaborate with one another via breakout rooms in the engagement activity.
