This webinar is targeted to those individuals who are providing leadership for the application submission for the EXCITE Activity 1. We encourage participation of an applicant leader from every 1862,1890 and 1994 institution. The Application Assist workshop is scheduled for March 25, 2021 at 3 pm ET. The agenda for this webinar includes a presentation by CDC on the rapid assessment tools that will be used as a part of the application to provide rationale for your targeted audience. The agenda also includes a walkthrough the simple application and introduction to the application guide.
The Collective for Health Equity and Well-Being
Cooperative Extension’s Collective for Health Equity and Well-Being is a community of Extension personnel and their partners united by their shared commitment to advancing health equity and well-being. Members work together to support the implementation of Cooperative Extension’s National Framework for Health Equity and Well-Being (2021) to ensure that all people can be as healthy as they can be.
