This group is geared for people employed by Extension who are tasked to do community-university engagement. The purpose of the group is to bring these people together to share resources, celebrate successes, and trouble shoot challenges.

    • When community engagement goes well and when it does not? An MOU and Scope of Work are helpful to ensure community engagement goes well.
    • Discuss the different levels of community engagement.

    • Taking the information gathered from local councils or advisory groups and aligning it to help address future programming
    • How are other states doing this?

    • Extension as a community partner within clinic research
    • Extension offices should not become recruitment centers
    • Explored idea of training for Educators to be more ready for research
