Testing of Moodle 3.9

Remote-Learner, our Moodle hosting service, has installed the latest upgrade to Moodle on our sandbox site, and I invite you to test the performance of your respective courses to assure they are working as you expect.  You can access this sandbox site at https://campus.extension.org/sandbox.  Log in using your normal Campus login credentials.  If you run into any particular issues, please send comments to campusadmin@extension.org.  If at all possible, please do this test by November 15.

For an overview of Moodle 3.9, please view https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_1u0NRiZRA.

Learning Moodle

Our online learning platform, https://campus.extension.org, is currently running on Moodle v.3.7.  However, we are beginning the process of upgrading to v.3.9.  Fairly soon, our sandbox site will be running this new version for us to evaluate.

If you are relatively new to Moodle, you may be interested in joining a MOOC starting next Monday, October 5.  Check out the website at https://learn.moodle.org/ for information about participating in it.

However, if you are an experienced Moodle user, you might be more interested in what's new with this version.  I invite you to check out the playlist at https://www.youtube.com/playli...I0lZJNAPl3J-DnUxmop6 for a series of brief videos pointing out those primary enhancements.
