A new feature was just released which allows groups to lock their widget location to the group's state. When this feature is enabled the client can't change the location, just the county. This option is called the "Lock State Dropdown" and you can find it on your Update Group page.

Please note that your widget is unique to the state associated with your group. Should you ever change the state in the group profile, you will need to update all widgets to reflect the new state.
