Julie Fershtman, one of the nation's leading Equine Law practitioners and author of 4 books, will cover the key components of an effective boarding contract including areas to consider for emergency planning. Time for questions will also be included. Julie Fershtman is a shareholder with the law firm Foster Swift Collins & Smith, PC, in Michigan and is widely recognized as one of the nation’s leading Equine Law practitioners.
