ICYMI - Answering the Call: The Role of Extension After an Emergency

Last week, the Southern Jagriculture team from Southern University Ag Research & Extension center joined us and delivered an EXCELLENT webinar on the role of Extension after an emergency.

Utilizing the historic 2016 Louisiana Flood as their conceptual lens, this webinar focused on their individual efforts as second responders, SUAREC’s response to help mitigate future losses, the role and linkage of Extension professional as second responders, and much more.

This team has been an active participant in eXtension's Impact Collaborative program. As a result of their work at the October 2019 Impact Collaborative Summit, they received a $5000 grant from the Impact Collaborative to help push their program forward.

Check out the recording of their webinar here
