Begin Again

If we don't learn the skill of gratitude we'll never be grateful for what we've learned.  Hopefully you appreciate not only the amazing ability we have to learn new things but also the value added to your life.

To gain greater clarity & purpose with our knowledge in certain areas it can be helpful to "begin again".  This serves as a rediscovering of what it means to us today & how the meaning has changed from when we originally tackled it.

Greater self-consciousness & appreciation in any knowledge area increases its value to us.  Leadership is one of those things.  Not only are new theories & trends emerging constantly but we're also dynamic people with new experiences that inform our lives.  To encourage the re-examination, here's a free introductory course!

Step Up To Leadership

Those leadership books on your shelf need some dusting off as well.  They aren't doing you any good sitting on the shelf.  Take one down, get through it again & I'll bet you connect with it in a new refreshing way!

About the Extension Foundation

The Extension Foundation was formed in 2006 by Extension Directors and Administrators. Today, the Foundation partners with Cooperative Extension through liaison roles and a formal plan of work with the Extension Committee on Organization and Policy (ECOP) to increase system capacity while providing programmatic services, and helping Extension programs scale and investigate new methods and models for implementing programs. The Foundation provides professional development to Cooperative Extension professionals and offers exclusive services to its members. In 2020 and 2021, the Extension Foundation has awarded 85% of its direct funding back to the Cooperative Extension System, 100% of funds are used to support Cooperative Extension initiatives.

This technology is supported in part by New Technologies for Ag Extension (funding opportunity no.
